HELLO, I'M BELLA.
I a journal editor at Vietnam Journal of Educational Sciences and a researcher at the Vietnam National Institute of Educational Sciences (VNIES). I received my B.A in Applied Linguistics and Media Communications at the University of Melbourne (Australia) in 2019, then continued pursuing M.Sc in Applied Linguistics (Educational Technology) at Oxford University in 2020. Before joining VNIES, I had been working as an English teacher at Vinschool Harmony (Vietnam), Maria Ave College (Melbourne), and as an English lecturer at a number of universities. In 2021, I worked as a researcher at Busuu – one of the biggest language learning apps worldwide with more than 100 million users.
My research interests focus on the use of educational technology in language learning and teaching, the use of Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality technologies in language education, digital education, technology-involved curriculum design and assessment. I have published 3 papers on the given topics, and participated in a number of education-related national projects while working at VNIES.
